Clan:ketsueki eyes(blood eyes)

Info:When the Ketsueki is not activated the users eyes are eather blue or yellow but as soon as it is active they switch to red.

What it does:The abilty of Ketsueki shows foes the way their going to die just one slight look can cause a 20 second clip but any longer than a glnace can put the foe(s) into acoma.If the user is a high level then they can drain the foe clean of blood

Weakness:Draing of blood uses a lot of chakra and their taijustu is low.The members of this clan have been know to die around the age of 60.
